Strong leadership and really good place to learn playbook sales. The Total Addressable Market is large and the product plays a significant role in most company's tech stack. Hence, the brand is very well known. The main challenge is competition - which is the free version of Redis (Open Source)

Less than 10% of reps are actually hitting quota. Recent licensing change has made it incredibly difficult to compete with AWS and Valkey. People are jumping ship. The corporate org has been a disaster following a leadership change last year. Quota attainment is abysmal under the new group. ~85% of reps have left since the shift. Culture is toxic and inappropriate behavior is seemingly allowed if you’re connected with the right people
