Former Employee Overall org and leadership changes have left even tenured sales reps behind. Comp percentages were “increased” along with goals that leadership had promised “would never go up”, in addition to limiting commission potential by capping how much you can increase deal cost significantly. Funded accounts are not guaranteed to remain with you, despite promises to the contrary. There was no data to call towards the end of my tenure, but call volume was demanded to stay up. (60 calls a day, nothing crazy) Major shifts in account retention were unaddressed. Leadership doesn’t take accountability. Browse Other Reviews
