It was a mostly positive experience that was sidetracked by mismanagement of funds from the higher ups of the company. Lots of wasted potential on mistakes that could have been prevented. I enjoyed working there while I was able to

Culture is highly advertised but weaponized internally. Micromanagement and microaggressions prevalent with C-level executives. Lack of strategic direction yet executives unwilling to listen to people they hired who are invested in making Reibus a great place. Sales is a revolving door with very few making money or hitting "quota." Great idea for the steel industry...Read More

Reibus started strong but I would highly recommend caution when considering a job with them.

The quotas at Reibus were so unrealistic I never got close to my variable compensation. There is not a single leader I respect enough to work for again. There are some amazing employees, but no one who is second-line or above is on that list.
