Culture is highly advertised but weaponized internally. Micromanagement and microaggressions prevalent with C-level executives. Lack of strategic direction yet executives unwilling to listen to people they hired who are invested in making Reibus a great place. Sales is a revolving door with very few making money or hitting "quota." Great idea for the steel industry but terrible execution.
