Product is good but customers can get equal results for cheaper. Sales leadership is shit, they’ll call you every name in the book with little coaching. Lead generation is horrible at best, BDR team is lazy, CSM’s don’t qualify expansion opps, partners don’t bring deals and leadership puts heavy focus there. They raised our quota, kept your OTE the same and dropped our commission %. Lastly they tried to withhold my commission and I’m still fighting this. Long story short? AVOID AT ALL COSTS, go to Expel, Rapid7, anywhere else

The organization overall is solid and provides a decent career opportunity. The product is very Enterprise focused and needs some revision in the mid-market level. Customers were expected to pay 3-4x the competition and we were told to sell more value. A lot of changes are made without any actual changes happening.
