First job out of college without any sales experience. They throw you to the wolves after a three day onboarding with hardly any training post onboarding. Very cliquey culture

Good company but rather cut throat probably offer the best product in the space. Can be hard to sell with the pricing. Seems to lay off at least 3 people quarter. Quota can be hit but a big factor is who your AE is and what territory you get. Culture can be rather toxic and almost cult like.
