It’s amazing only if you now what you are doing. You might get a few lucky leads as a new rep but those highs will last for 2 quarters and the you will struggle a lot unless you put in 200%

Qutoa's inflated, commission is very poor for AM's. Targets not realistic, product market fit in products outside EOR weak at best.

I would stay away from this place. It used to be a great place to work when I joined, but since Summer of 2022 it's been going downhill rapidly. The culture of the company is toxic as hell, there's so much prefential treatment for lead flow, and there's no clarity on inbound lead rotation. Some get 10-20/month, some get 0-5. - very high turnover in staff - very low employee morale due to poor culture and communication - constant product changes, department reorganisations and employee firings lead to instability and distract from doing good work - company rating on various review sites has tanked as a result
