I’m cautiously optimistic things can get better here, but there is a lot of flaws including a half baked product and a poor performance on net new deals with no leads from BDRs…it’s an uphill battle with a completely unrealistic quota for anyone that doesn’t have a ton of existing customers to cross-sell/upsell.

The people are great to work with and the office culture is tough to beat. Between sales reps and sales engineers, you get some great support and knowledge and support. It is a place where if you work hard, you will see results. The base salary could definitely be higher.
