Former Employee 1) good place to learn to be an SDR
2) you might not be in a tech project - maybe 65% are tech
3) the comission is based on the difficuly of booking a meeting
4) they micro manage you but dont really care as long you hit the quota
5) they want you in office & to be at silly corporate events
6) you need to act like you are one of the "boys" - if you are a lady its actually better bc you dont have to pretend
7) theres no career path here, get your 1 year experience and go
8) try to ask for a promotion ASAP and you can get like a 5% bump
