Culture is good and the base is competitive for the role. Leadership supports but I wish there was more emphasis on consistent quality training. It was up and down and we never got consistent training through out the year to help. The product is great but extremely difficult to book demos because of how competitive the market already is. There is also no such thing as inbound leads for SDRs either. In office, remote work isn’t an option and I never saw an SDR get promoted there even after hitting quota consistently. They chose to hire out their promotions including managers and AE position. Still, the people are great and I never had a problem with them. They are understanding and they do want to see you succeed. Good benefits and the people are ultimately the biggest reason you will stay.

Excellent culture and a very positive, growth-oriented atmosphere. Leadership clearly wants to retain and guide employees and it's uncommon to be forced out. Compensation is low (starts at 20/hr and most are at $25/hr) and commission is based off deals closed, not qualified demos attended.
