They give you a laptop and leave you to it. Very well compensated for the role but I feel as if they neglect training and development in certain areas. Sales org is extremely cut throat and your biggest competition is usually your teammates trying to steal your deals.

Great to work remotely and have the freedom to work whenever, wherever. But besides this didn’t learn much, very high turnover, targets changed every month for 2 years and unfair advantages to new joiners receiving inbounds allowing them to hit 800% of their targets. 2 was the max I could do but the product is incredible.
