Great to work remotely and have the freedom to work whenever, wherever. But besides this didn’t learn much, very high turnover, targets changed every month for 2 years and unfair advantages to new joiners receiving inbounds allowing them to hit 800% of their targets. 2 was the max I could do but the product is incredible.

Positive. Have a great manager, I'm never micromanaged as long as numbers are hit. QC clawbacks on comms feel highly punitive and kill motivation. Amazing for high performers, ruthless with those who don't cut it. One jammy client can sort you out for 6 months of target.
