The lowest salary I was on ever (I was made redundant and had to take the job for now), toxic culture, incompetent managers, no real commission, no benefits, working 50+ hours a week wasn't enough. I'd rather clean toilets if I am ever made redundant in the future. It harmed my mental health to work at Revolut
