Worst employer out there, avoid like the plague. The lowest salary I was on ever (I was made redundant and had to take the job for now), toxic culture, incompetent managers, no real commission, no benefits, working 50+ hours a week wasn't enough. I'd rather clean toilets if I am ever made redundant in the future. It harmed my mental health to work at Revolut

Overall a poor experience. Large workload with poor customer onboarding flow leads to frustrating experiences for the client and ultimately will catch up on you in relation to quota. You can get lucky but compensation is now capped per quarter which wasn’t what I signed up for.

Good overall experience but not a great end. The company does not want to build something with long lasting employees and turnover for sales is really high.
