It has a decent base but a terrible role. No tools or training, and the commission structure gets worse each Quarter. Targets aren't adjusted for the Enterprise sales cycle (95% of Revolut AEs are SMB) and if you miss two quarters in a row you're out. Employee turnover is huge and notice period is only one month.
