Overall a poor experience. Large workload with poor customer onboarding flow leads to frustrating experiences for the client and ultimately will catch up on you in relation to quota. You can get lucky but compensation is now capped per quarter which wasn’t what I signed up for.

Good pay and stock options. No professional training or development. Very much a case where they give you a laptop and you're on your own. Some great people in the org, some snakes that you have to watch out for, management questionable.
