Reynolds certainly has an excellent training program. However, they do not allow for much growth and opportunity within the company. Much of the top talent leaves when they realize they will not be given the opportunity to make more money or take on better roles. The leadership of the company is not necessarily the best talent, but rather the people who stuck around and put up with the BS. Could be a great company to start at, but the ceiling seems low and if you are a high achiever, it is not a place to grow and make more money.
