Mixed bag, but the negatives far outweigh the positives. Training, development, and the harshness of the market prepped me to be successful here and in other roles at better companies. They don’t value reps though and pay horrible for the amount of money they are making off these deals, a million clawback clauses and a sales plans that you need a pHD to understand.

My overall experience at this company was negative. Company runs very old fashioned, outdated software and management is about as tone deaf as it gets. They put lipstick on a pig and market it as premium in a commodity industry.
