The company is patient with reps and wants you to succeed, but the pay structure is behind the industry and does not fully compensate for the workload required by account managers. Automotive dealership software is a challenging market to sell into, but the reward can be high. Being a self starter is a must to stay above water.

Had a great experience with Reynolds and learned a lot and was fairly compensated for the work. Not every role comes with a base salary so don't be afraid to negotiate for yourself. Left due to lack of upwards mobility in the company around management.
