Have interviews with Rhombus, Eagle Eye, and Verkada. Would love some insight!

I would not go to Rhombus I work here now. A lot of reps have come here from Verkada and have horror stories. Idk about eagle eye.

Former Rhombus employee - they have just cleaned house a bit to start the new year.  They had a good culture and very collaborative vibe - not sure if that will change - there has been a lot of pressure because of market headwinds recently.  The individual reps tend to be great and I still keep in touch with many of them.  Upper management is solid but seem to be getting stressed by the trying market and are making a lot of changes.

Verkada, from what I know, is a very intense place to work.  They tend to flood the market with reps and have a reputation for some underhanded business practices and making cuts frequently.  However, it seems like they are trying to rectify a lot of these behaviors, which is one of the factors that's put pressure on Rhombus.

Don't know much about the Eagle Eye culture but they seem to have a solid product and don't seem to be quite as growth at all cost obsessed like Verkada and Rhombus and other startups.  Hope this helps.

Rhombus recently underwent some internal changes, letting their CRO, Head of Channels, and International Sales Leader (Non-US) go. I'm not exactly sure what this means, but there is still some turmoil to work through. 
Rhombus are generally good people. The product is good, but the market is generally collapsing around them.  I've observed that the low-end competition is getting better without increasing prices, and the high-end are lowering their price to compete. So, overall, there is compression in the market, impacting everyone.

I don't know Verkada as well as Rhombus. I believe they are substantially bigger, more aggressive in the market, and growing faster. Frankly, they are a bit more cut-throat, which has not made them any friends with the Partner community. If their selling process works for you, there's a lot of opportunity, but it's not everyone's cup of tea!
 Anticipate an IPO in 2026, maybe?
