Current Employee Culture is great if you're selling and providing value for the company. When you're not, micromanagment will follow. It you don't have a roling sales average of 2 sales a month for 90 days, you will be put on a performance plan to sell 1-2 homes by the end of the month or be terminated. You must be a self-starter or you will fail. The trainers are training their eventual competition, and not incentivized for trainee success. Weekly training zoom for old-school pressure sales techniques is very tone-deaf, yet mandatory. Browse Other Reviews
