There's a solid set of products and customers to sell to. However, quota attainment has been steadily declining for years as the bar continues to be raised. There is a new CEO and CRO with many new faces on the executive team lately. Recent layoffs have affected the sales team and morale and performance is at an all time low. There have been several notable GTM leaders that have departed or been forced out recently. Unfortunately, this was a great place to work until the last year or two, but you can tell leadership doesn't value their people like they once did.

Great place to work, good sales culture, company invests in the tools necessary to allow reps to succeed. Company could implement better rewards for higher performing reps, ex. President's Club, annual bonus, etc. It's hard to complain about this company though.

It was a great place to work until a little over a year ago. The current leadership atmosphere reflects significant uncertainty and the workforce suffers as a result. Individual contributions do not feel valued, and compensation has not kept pace with comparable organizations.
