Great place to work, good sales culture, company invests in the tools necessary to allow reps to succeed. Company could implement better rewards for higher performing reps, ex. President's Club, annual bonus, etc. It's hard to complain about this company though.

Individual contributions not recognized. Do not get paid supporting enterprise level deals. Little to no opportunity for career advancement. Good benefits. No product team oversight. Non-existent sales enablement

It was a great place to work until a little over a year ago. The current leadership atmosphere reflects significant uncertainty and the workforce suffers as a result. Individual contributions do not feel valued, and compensation has not kept pace with comparable organizations.
