I only hit 100% quota once in five years! The rest of the years were anywhere from a miserable 20% to 85% There are no decent spiffs, incentives for sales people to sell the solutions which are quite complex in nature and require deep understanding of the customers requirements

Company is at the beginning of a product overhaul. The old products are not competing well except where customers have not made large investments and they need to protect the decision. New logo interest is rare and highly competitive.
