So far a poor experience. Rain is gonna fall, sun is gonna shine and recruiters are gonna lie. Not a salary position as advertised. It is an hourly wage. Your hours will be based on what makes your manager happiest not your timezone like the recruiter says. Recruiter said remote but no kids allowed find them a place to be. Manager has a 4 year old just chilling on her lap during meetings so I'm firing my nanny. Probably also gonna quit.

Pretty nice people, but a lot of red-tape in getting deals to the finish line and some of the AE's were just coasting so deals would fizzle out. Industry is antiquated and not overly receptive toward new technology.

Micromanagement. Deals lost for reasons not within your control. Big on daily KPI’s. Managers are supportive if you’re doing well, cold and ignore you’re struggling. No accountability for management. Not all managers are the same. Director of Sales is great.
