Your hours will be based on what makes your manager happiest not your timezone like the recruiter says. Recruiter said remote but no kids allowed find them a place to be. Current Employee3.1Sep 19, 2024Micromanagement. Deals lost for reasons not within your control. Big on daily KPI’s. Managers are supportive if you’re doing well, cold and ignore you’re struggling. No accountability for management. Not all managers are the same. Director of Sales is great.
