My overall experience was not the best, very limited work life balance, the uncapped earning potential is there if you work 7 days a week and 10-12 hour days. If you are not pacing for work they mandate weekends until you hit pace. Great room for promotion within, targets and requirements are clear for promotion. Culture is great, managers and leadership have strong vision for the future of the company. Base comp is low, however once you hit your goal and exceed goal, commissions skyrocket and opportunity for great earning potential.

Overall, good organization to get started in the mortgage space however they're grossly overpriced from their competition and although you get consistent inbound leadflow, they FAR under pay their loan officers per transaction when compared to the rest of the industry. I spent over 10 years working there and would not recommend the organization for any industry...Read More
