Constantly changes goals and expectations. Makes it very hard to have consistency in your life, if you have a family this probably isn’t a great place to work.

My overall experience was not the best, very limited work life balance, the uncapped earning potential is there if you work 7 days a week and 10-12 hour days. If you are not pacing for work they mandate weekends until you hit pace. Great room for promotion within, targets and requirements are clear for promotion.
