While the local teams offer great collaborative support, overall, there is concern about whether Rockwell has any actual growth strategy for their acquisitions or not, which often leads to periodic layoffs instead.

Company culture in transition under new sales leadership. External executive leadership brought in from enterprise software companies have ruined the company culture. Several have been fired recently (a few still remain). Back fills are now coming from the old ranks in trying to rebuild the culture to its former glory.
