Atrocious sales leadership who take credit for your hard work and will give your deals to other reps who are not hitting quota. COO and CEO are both ego maniacs and will stab you in the back the moment you challenge any of their choices. Also, if you do not live breath and sweat the trucking industry, you will get fired. They also lie about promoting within a certain timeline and only hire BDRs of a certain race and demographic, a bit of a racist and discriminatory environment
