Disconnected leadership, unattainable targets, and no professional coaching or enablement. Compensation is below market with no outlined career opportunities, and high turnover. Clueless leadership and a fear based culture will be the downfall of a great company mission and product.

Great product market fit and industry leader in their space. Pay is way under market due to the business’s margins. Overall average place to work. It was a good stepping stone company but there are better options.
