Don't be fooled by the empty promises lobed your way during the interview process. The CEO, Jamie Bedard, leads by fear and gossip. You will be expected to be available 24/7/365. They tout "unlimited PTO" however, all PTO has to be approved by the CEO and more than 50% of the calendar is considered a "black out" period for taking time off.
