RUN AWAY. This company is the most toxic place I’ve ever worked. Check out the Glassdoor reviews for a better understanding. Prepare to be belittled, harassed, screamed at, and bullied by the CEO Jamie Bedard. Upper management is afraid of his wrath and won’t save you. He’s a monster, a misogynist, and a bigot. The OTE is non-existent, they will lie and tell you that you’ll be making $200k+. In reality I hit quota and only made $150k. OTE should be 2x the base salary!!! They pay a flat 4% commission on everything and they purposely put forth unattainable accelerators. If you are ever fired forget about any kind of severance. DO NOT WORK HERE!!!

Don't be fooled by the empty promises lobed your way during the interview process. The CEO, Jamie Bedard, leads by fear and gossip. You will be expected to be available 24/7/365. They tout "unlimited PTO" however, all PTO has to be approved by the CEO and more than 50% of the calendar is considered a "black out" period for taking time off.
