Current Employee My overall experience was good at Sewell. They do weed out bad apples and encourage growth. The compensation was great (earning about $1,000 for every car sold at the store I worked at) and the people made the job fun. The biggest drawback to this job is the working hours. You are always on at this job, and your days off blur with your time in the office. Overall, this is a great job to make money at if you are a single person and have emotional intelligence to understand customers' desires.
