My overall experience was good at Sewell. They do weed out bad apples and encourage growth. The compensation was great (earning about $1,000 for every car sold at the store I worked at) and the people made the job fun. The biggest drawback to this job is the working hours. The experience varies amongst the different locations and you didn’t see many sales team members between 30-40 years old. Where you went to school was valued higher than performance.
