SHI has cut commissions 10 different ways over the past several years, with the biggest comp cut coming to start 2025. Base salary has been flat for 7 years. The best years are definitely in the past at this place.

A lot of freedom. Great people to work with. Pretty big need for our “product”. Great job for networking. Only gripe is base salary and commission % after year and a half ramp is 50k and 10%-25%.
