Current Employee base pay is very low for enterprise level, however it historically was made up for by high earnings potential with incentives. In 2024 leadership has recently changed the comp plan to include a gate for security products to get into your accelerators on a quarterly basis, which is making it much more difficult for reps to maintain or grow earnings.
