Current Employee Training is non-existent and base pay is incredibly low. Quota is increased severely each year, and over earning causes even more quota increase in the next year.
Low and mid level management is great, but higher ups make no secret of not caring about their employees. When feedback was given about base pay rates, a company statement was given encouraging employees to “invest in yourself” so that you can make more money for the company and earn more commission. The phrase “give yourself a raise” is also frequently used. Browse Other Reviews
