My overall experience was ok. Certainly a great stepping stone into tech sales and understanding a multitude of solutions for all aspects of an IT environment. However, internal disorganization with management and accounting has created strain on sales reps. Compensation has created issues with high turnover and is causing folks to wear multiple hats; all the while having the pressure of keeping up with their regular KPIs. Have met some great people there though.
