Current Employee3.0Aug 15, 2024Overall, my experience has been that the company has struggled to settle on a structure. In two years, there's a new CEO, the CRO and revenue acceleration team have been removed, the sales org has been reorganized twice.

There didn't seem to be alignment in how they support their SMB business until recently. Very hopeful that things will settle and their will be full alignment and a stable structure but it has been a chaotic year.
