Product-market fit is great and demand is there, although technology is behind competitors. Quotas are attainable and can be over-performed, however you can get stuck in a dead territory. Middle management is great, all have been successful in the roles they’re managing previously. Upper management has gone through a lot of change, not a lot of confidence with the executive team previously but looks like there’s positive change coming through.

I spent 6 years at SPINS and it was a great place to begin my career and develop into a strong individual contributor. However, leadership has moved on and private equity has moved in.
