Great culture, terrible pay for reps - esp when quotas are increased, territory is decreased, and no new products to sell. Removed merit based increases for pclub performers, and even if you get great reviews from your manager, does nothing for your pay. Leadership doesn't want anyone to fail, yet doesn't want anyone to destroy their number, and they certainly don't want to pay them well for killing it.

SPS Commerce tends to hire younger individuals, which results in limited representation of employees over 35.
