Great culture, terrible pay for reps - esp when quotas are increased, territory is decreased, and no new products to sell. Removed merit based increases for pclub performers, and even if you get great reviews from your manager, does nothing for your pay. Leadership doesn't want anyone to fail, yet doesn't want anyone to destroy their number, and they certainly don't want to pay them well for killing it.

Great company to work at early in career. Lots of friendly faces, good experience, enablement and training is top notch. Comp for reps is below market value, they were once leaders in the marketplace with no real competition but the market has caught up to them and it seems they are struggling to maintain their lead. Plus supply chain is crazy uncertain right now.
