My overall experience has been positive, particularly due to the talented and knowledgeable sellers I’ve had the chance to work alongside. Collaborating with such skilled peers has helped sharpen my sales approach and expand my strategic thinking. However, while the individual talent is strong, the structure for learning, development, and consistent feedback is sometimes limited. Leadership at times lacks transparency and can show favoritism, leading to uneven opportunities and unclear expectations.

High intensity, high pressure. Inbound deal flow is shockingly low, but the company has very strong partnerships in place that allow for ample pipeline, albeit you're giving up 50% of the ACV per deal in partner sourced opportunities. Very much a sink or swim environment.
