Revenue org still lacks direction. Less than 30% of reps are hitting their numbers, leadership thinks “ripping dials” is going to fix our targeting/marketing issues. Our product is over-priced and service delivery can be hit or miss. Safeguard is PE owned so budgets are sparse and there’s minimal investment into R&D and revenue enablement.

Nonexistent, not there, it alludes the entire SDR team. Over hired and under developed the reps, asked for feedback and the best you’ll get is make more calls
