My overall experience is that I was hired for an inbound role then the sales team was pushed into outbound cold calling 3 months later. Out of my 20-person onboarding class, there are 13 of us left after only 6 months. Many of us are on PIPs or being threatened with one. Very low pay compared to the work expected of us. Low quality lead volume and multipliers given for 4 months in a row since reps are consistently not hitting quota.
