I recommend reading the response from another colleague on  the previous post about the culture.  All the feedback remains accurate.  Salsify has increased the price of their platform to astronomical prices, thinking that they leaps and bounds better than competitors. Salsify is good, don't get me wrong but the thing is companies don't NEED Salsify. Salsify is a nice to have and unfortunately product innovation stalled about 2 years ago when the Engineering VP left the company. Salsify is great at PR! They will rebrand things and do announcements as if they are innovating. The reality is they just rebrand the product, put new licensing and cost tiers in place and act like they are bringing more value. They are also relying heavily on implementing a partner development network to expand their feature set.

The existing Sales leaders are not experienced enough to take the company and the team from 125m to 500m ARR. They are extremely aggressive targets and the pipeline is significantly lacking.  The company hasn't hit targets in at least 2 years now. You can expect long workdays filled with useless meetings, micromanagement, and stress levels to the max. The company will say they are trying to make changes but with the constant layoffs the culture is rough.
