My overall experience in this role has been great. The company culture is amazing and my manager is quick to train me in areas I lack. I would say that the drawback to this role is the pay does not meet industry average for the work we are doing. AEs also need to do a better job at following up and closing deals.

Samba is an awesome place to work, if they would never sell out to a big org where I’m another number I would retire here.
