Although Samsung is a 200 year old company, it feels like a startup in many ways. Literally orchestrating the solutions in real time, that have never been sold before. Unrealistic sales targets, top down leadership with Korea as the final DM, and the culture is non existent.

Worked there many years and was a great job for most of it. New leadership and hr have made it impossible to progress and most managers don't do much. Turned into every man for selves mentally.
