I enjoyed my time at Saviynt which ran for over 6 years. early years were chaotic and challening as it was an early stage startup. Overtime the processes were defined and management changes were made to enhance the product mgmt and product development functions. Customer success team was put in place which helped quite a bit. Partner/Channel program was a strong aspect of the sales engine as it brought in (partner sourced) at least a third of the new bookings each year and bounced as high as 40%.

They certainly try but fail at product delivery / management and overall accountability. From a sales perspective, they will allow other regions to come from other territories to sell into a different territory (and ignore it when shown). Basically an overall bad experience and I was hoping for so much more.
