Very disloyal organization; mgmt makes promises to customers on functionality when they know they have no chance of delivering on the promise. Constant issues with the product due to leadership constantly cutting corners on R&D.

Great team. But the market fit may not be there. The software is built for enterprise-sized companies so when you are reaching out to mid-market, its more difficult because its expensive
